Job summary

InternSG is seeking a Creative Design Intern to join a multidisciplinary team and craft high-visual-impact solutions for award-winning games. You will shape user experiences and visual design across print and digital formats, contributing to storyboards, character art, and promotional materials.

The role emphasizes proactivity, strong portfolio quality, and a passion for games. Local, on-site internship with opportunities to explore multiple departments and learn in a fast-growing startup

Responsibilities

• Execute all visual design stages from concept to realization.
• Create clear, visually oriented materials that explain game mechanics and features.
• Create original illustrations for print and digital use (posters, social media, packaging, merchandise).
• Develop character designs, storyboards, and scene illustrations from briefs.
• Edit videos for social media (reels, TikToks, trailers).
• Assist marketing with promotional artwork and ads.
• Ensure final graphics align with brand aesthetics.

Job description

As a Creative Design Intern, you will work with a multidisciplinary team to create, implement and design solutions with high visual impact. We are looking for a designer who thinks out of the box to create amazing user experience & designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Executing all visual design stages from conception to realisation
• Create clear and concise, visually oriented design materials that explain game mechanics, systems and features
• Create original illustrations for print and digital use (e.g. posters, social media, packaging, merchandise)
• Develop character designs, storyboards, and scene illustrations based on briefs
• Edit videos for social media platforms (e.g. reels, TikToks, trailers)
• Assisting the marketing team to execute promotional artwork & advertising
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and compelling to the brand
• Provide constructive feedback on all aspects of product; finds opportunities to increase quality of product and advise on how information may be implemented

Qualifications

• Proficient with Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, etc)
• Strong portfolio with a range of graphic design works (with a preference for illustration works)
• Proactivity and Taking Ownership
• Excellent communication skills to provide a clear rationale for design concepts
• Show ability to navigate through ambiguity with a strong work ethic
• Genuine interest and passion for solving puzzles & playing games
• Local Internships preferred (we currently do not support remote internships)
