Job summary

SEA Singapore's Infrastructure team seeks a Compute & Storage Specialist to lead procurement for compute and storage products and licenses across business units. You will interface with internal customers and suppliers, managing qualification and negotiated outcomes to ensure cost-effective infrastructure.

Responsibilities include market research, SOPs, POC testing, and cross-functional coordination to optimize IT operations and support strategic infrastructure initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT or engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant full-time experience in compute/storage.
• Analytical and critical thinking with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing IT infra strategies focusing on compute/storage.
• Conduct market research to advise on infra investments and licensing.
• Drive frameworks, SOPs and templates for Infra team operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for POC testing and qualification.
• Lead qualification, evaluation, negotiation on commercial aspects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for service delivery and post-sales improvements.
