Job summary

Bright Point Capital Pte Ltd in Singapore, a MAS-regulated fund manager, is seeking a junior compliance and operations professional for Theme International Trading. You will support KYC/CDD, regulatory filings, audits, and daily trading operations to maintain strong controls and accurate records.

Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant compliance or financial services experience are welcome. You will collaborate with internal teams and external providers, with emphasis on attention to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, Law or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with compliance, operations or financial services experience are welcome.
• Detail-oriented, organised and analytical, with integrity and responsibility.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day compliance activities including KYC/CDD and onboarding of counterparties.
• Assist with regulatory filings, audits, compliance reviews, internal controls, training and other compliance initiatives.
• Support daily trading operations including trade checks, reconciliations, settlement monitoring and resolution of discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate compliance and operational documentation and coordinate with internal teams, counterparties and external service providers.
• Support general office administration, process improvements and other compliance and operational projects.
