Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd seeks a Compliance Officer based in Singapore to ensure adherence to local laws and industry guidelines. You will conduct KYC/AML checks, develop and maintain compliance policies, and support audits and inspections.

The role requires a hands-on approach with 3+ years of experience in compliance, preferably in professional or corporate services. Salary is S$3,500 plus performance bonuses and director incentives, with work at Jurong East.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, law, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of compliance officer experience, preferably in a professional/services firm.
• Experience with KYC, AML and other regulatory requirements in Singapore.
• Hands-on, foundational compliance role rather than senior management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with Singapore laws, regulations and guidelines.
• Develop, implement and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct KYC, AML and due diligence checks on clients.
• Review and maintain accurate compliance documentation and records.
• Support internal audits and regulatory inspections.
• Guide staff on compliance matters.
• Report and escalate potential breaches to management.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and advise relevant departments.
