RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Compliance Officer in Singapore to ensure adherence to local regulations and industry standards. The role covers KYC, AML, sanctions screening, and maintaining robust compliance records.

You should hold a diploma or degree in business, law, compliance, or a related discipline, with 3 years of compliance experience in corporate or financial services. 5-day work week; 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; salary S$3,000–S$3,500 plus bonus and incentives.

Qualifications

• 3 years of compliance experience, preferably in corporate services, professional services, financial services, or regulatory environment.
• Good understanding of Singapore regulatory requirements including KYC, AML/CFT, and corporate compliance obligations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations, laws, and industry requirements.
• Conduct KYC, AML, sanctions screening, and client due diligence reviews.
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Review and maintain accurate compliance records and documentation.
• Support internal audits, regulatory reviews, and inspections.
• Provide compliance guidance and training to internal stakeholders.
• Identify, report, and elevate potential compliance issues and regulatory risks.
• Monitor regulatory developments and communicate relevant changes to the business.
