ONE VOGUE PTE. LTD. in Jurong East is seeking a Compliance Executive to perform KYC/AML checks and support regulatory compliance across the organization.

The role involves maintaining records, assisting with audits, and implementing compliance policies, with training provided. Location is Jurong East and the basic salary ranges from SGD 3200 to SGD 3500 for a 5-day work week.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and training will be provided.
• Familiar with KYC, AML, and Singapore regulatory requirements.
• Good understanding of due diligence processes and compliance controls.

Responsibilities

• Perform KYC, AML, and customer due diligence (CDD) checks to support regulatory compliance.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with Singapore regulations and relevant industry standards.
• Maintain accurate compliance records, client documentation, and related files.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Assist with internal audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance reviews by preparing necessary documentation.
• Monitor regulatory updates and support the implementation of compliance changes.
• Provide basic compliance guidance to internal teams and support adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Escalate potential compliance issues, irregularities, or suspicious activities to relevant personnel promptly.

Location: Jurong East
Basic Salary: $3200 - $3500
