Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a KYC compliance professional to conduct detailed assessments, document client SoW, and ensure MAS-aligned controls.

You will remediate existing KYC records, perform risk-based due diligence on high-risk clients, and report remediation progress to senior management. This role offers up to SGD 5,500 monthly and benefits including 22 days annual leave plus birthday leave.

Qualifications

• Experience with KYC/AML procedures under MAS guidelines.
• Ability to document and analyse client SoW/SOW/SOF and remediation actions.
• Strong recordkeeping and remediation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments and document client SoW to MAS standards.
• Remediate existing KYC records and address documentation gaps.
• Ensure KYC per MAS standards and AML policies and procedures.
• Review CDD information for new and existing customers (periodic review).
• Oversee due diligence for client risk, including high-risk clients and PEPs.
• Identify KYC-related risks and escalate to senior management.
• Collaborate with compliance, operations, and relationship managers to remediate promptly.
• Maintain remediation documentation and track outstanding SoW verifications and resolutions.
• Perform data analysis to identify remediation needs and prioritize cases by risk.
• Prepare remediation progress reports for senior management.
