Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a KYC Specialist to perform detailed KYC checks for private banking clients in Singapore. You will review profiles, ensure accuracy, and support regulatory compliance across the client lifecycle.

Responsibilities include risk assessments, due diligence for higher-risk clients, reviewing SOW/SOF information, and coordinating with Relationship Managers, Compliance and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform KYC checks and reviews for private banking clients to ensure regulatory and internal compliance.
• Review customer profiles and KYC documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct customer risk assessments and support enhanced due diligence for higher-risk clients.
• Review CDD information including Source of Wealth and Source of Funds; follow up on missing information.
• Liaise with Relationship Managers, Compliance and Operations to resolve KYC-related matters.
• Maintain and update customer information and records.
• Identify KYC risks and escalate issues as required.
• Prepare KYC-related reports and support management reporting.
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Assist with ad-hoc KYC/AML projects and other duties as required.
