Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a diligent KYC professional to oversee Level 1 checks for private banking clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

You will assess customer risk profiles, support transaction monitoring, and contribute to ongoing due diligence. The role requires collaboration with relationship managers and compliance teams to maintain data integrity and drive KYC process improvements within the Singapore branch.

Responsibilities

• Perform Level 1 checks on KYC documentation and customer profiles, verifying accuracy and completeness within timelines.
• Evaluate customer risk profiles and enhance risk mitigation strategies based on KYC findings, including transaction monitoring and ongoing due diligence.
• Liaise with relationship managers, compliance teams, and senior management to facilitate efficient KYC processes and address issues.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation within the KYC framework to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintenance of static customer data for Singapore branch when access is available.
• Perform ad-hoc and project-based duties as instructed by Management.
