HSBC Life Singapore seeks a Senior Vice President, Compliance Assurance to lead the team responsible for evaluating regulatory compliance and financial crime controls. The role requires partnering with Risk Owners and senior leaders to strengthen the control environment across the organisation.

You will design and execute assurance activities, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure high-quality reporting while maintaining independence in a dynamic financial services setting.

• Experience in Internal Audit/Assurance with RC/FC
• Strong understanding of global regulatory regimes
• Ability to build resilient partnerships with stakeholders
• Proven autonomous decision-making in high-risk environments

• Lead CA team and oversee assurance activities

• Escalate significant control deficiencies to senior leaders
