Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Audit, Risk & Control or Compliance.
• Good knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements such as fair dealing.
• High integrity, independent, adaptable with initiative.
• Excellent analytical, attention to detail and communication skills.
• Strong cross-functional teamwork and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reviews under a risk-based program to ensure staff meet regulatory and policy standards.
• Identify gaps in procedures and maintain supporting documentation.
• Explain surveillance findings to staff and management, escalating as needed.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and assist internal investigations on misconduct.
• Prepare surveillance findings, supporting reports, and collaborate across risk functions.
• Coordinate staff training and participate in global surveillance enhancements.
