Qualifications

• Extensive experience in enterprise risk management and resilience risk stewardship, including Technology, Cyber Security, Data and Third-Party risk.
• Strong knowledge of control environments, governance frameworks, risk oversight and operational resilience requirements.
• Proven ability to provide second-line oversight and challenge, assessing regulatory and reputational impacts.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication, able to influence senior leaders across Risk, 1LOD, Technology and regulators.
• Strong governance and analytical capabilities; producing high-quality documentation for regulators; degree or professional qualification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice to INSP Business and Infrastructure coverage teams on risk and control alignment.
• Deliver expertise across Resilience Risk areas to enable deployment of mitigating controls by 1LOD.
• Support enterprise risk and regulatory reporting obligations (RAS, Risk Profile, etc.).
• Monitor external environment for emerging risks and build cross-organisation relationships.
• Provide data-related SME initiatives ensuring data controls meet policy and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee conduct impact identification across RR and 1LOD; escalate as needed.
