Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Psychology/Behavioural Science/Economics/Cognitive Science/Sociology/Organisational Behaviour.
• 5–8 years applying behavioural science techniques to assurance or control reviews.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking, clear written/verbal communication.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and collaborate across Compliance, Risk and business teams.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent quality control and assurance reviews identifying errors and control gaps.
• Lead root‑cause analysis of assurance findings including behavioural and organisational factors.
• Apply RCA methodologies to analyse decision‑making and control design weaknesses.
• Prepare clear reports with actionable recommendations for remediation.
• Facilitate lessons learned discussions and knowledge sharing across compliance teams.
• Support updates for senior management and contribute to risk culture initiatives.
