Job summary

V-ELEGANT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Complex Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, building management, tenant relations, maintenance and service delivery for our properties.

You will coordinate with tenants, contractors and service providers to ensure smooth operations and high service standards. The role requires a minimum of five years in property or facilities management, with experience in commercial, retail, mixed-use or heritage properties preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in property, facilities or complex management.
• Experience in commercial, retail, mixed-use or heritage properties preferred.
• Strong experience in tenant management, building maintenance, contractors and statutory compliance.
• Good leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations and coordinate with tenants, contractors and service providers.

• Conduct site inspections and oversee maintenance, M&E, repairs and A&A works.
• Manage contractors, service contracts, KPIs and service standards.

• Manage budgets, quotations, expenditure and management reports.
• Lead incident/emergency response and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
