Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our day care team in Bukit Panjang.

You will support elderly clients with daily living activities and assist nursing staff with routine care, mobility, and feeding. This role emphasizes infection control, hygiene, accurate documentation, and safe operation of equipment. Working Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5:30pm on-site at the day care centre; prior eldercare experience is preferred and nursing

Qualifications

Experience in eldercare or healthcare settings is preferred.
Experience in providing nursing care and assisting elderly clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) is advantageous.
Relevant nursing or healthcare qualifications will be considered.

Responsibilities

Assist in providing nursing care and daily support to elderly clients at the day care centre.
Support nursing staff in ensuring safe and proper care for clients.
Assist elderly clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including feeding, mobility, toileting and personal hygiene when required.
Maintain hygiene and infection control practices, including hand hygiene, equipment cleaning and waste disposal.
Ensure exercise equipment and care areas are clean, safe and properly maintained.
Update and maintain daily nursing care records and documentation.
Assist nursing staff with routine nursing duties and client care activities.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
