Job summary

Harmony Funeral Care Private Limited is seeking meticulous administrative support to assist bereaved families during difficult times. The role focuses on data entry, document handling, and basic accounting tasks, with emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality.

The candidate will manage notices and photos, print collaterals, and respond to family communications as needed, while performing general clerical work and ad-hoc duties.

Qualifications

• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and be proactive in work.
• Able to multitask and work independently.
• Prior experience in office administration is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Photoshop, Canva or editing tools is an added advantage.
• Class 3 driving license is an added advantage.
