The role requires proficiency in Xero, effective communication, and solid computer skills to manage accounting software and data systems, contributing to informed decision-making and compliance with Singapore regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Proficiency in Xero Accounting Software.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills for managing accounting software and data systems.

Responsibilities

• Enter data accurately into accounting systems to maintain complete financial records and full sets of accounts.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and financial forecasts to support strategic business planning.
• Generate periodic financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements, for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore financial regulations, GST reporting requirements, relevant accounting standards, and internal control procedures.
• Assist management in decision-making by preparing budgets and financial forecasts aligned with organizational objectives.
• Communicate financial information clearly and effectively through verbal and written channels.
