Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific PTE. LTD. is seeking a Community Manager with a minimum of three years of experience to lead the end-to-end rollout of a Business Analyst and Product Manager training programme for roughly 600 personnel, along with other community activities.

The role requires strong planning, stakeholder management, and communication skills to ensure a smooth, engaging participant experience and effective post-training knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in community management, training operations, programme coordination or a related role.
• Strong planning, stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.
• Experience managing large-scale training programmes or professional communities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop the training strategy and rollout plan, including participant segmentation.
• Coordinate trainers, curriculum, course materials and session readiness.
• Manage venues, equipment, system access, catering and other logistical requirements.
• Oversee registration, cohort allocation, attendance tracking and participant follow-ups.
• Build and sustain an active BA/PM learning community through post-training engagement, networking and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Track participation, feedback and learning outcomes, and recommend improvements for future cohorts.

Overview

• Develop the training strategy and rollout plan, including participant segmentation,
• agency prioritisation, cohort sizing and scheduling. (Training outline and material willbe provided)
• Coordinate trainers, curriculum, course materials and session readiness.
• Manage venues, equipment, system access, catering and other logisticalrequirements.
• Oversee registration, cohort allocation, attendance tracking and participantfollow-ups.
• Manage participant communications, reminders, feedback and stakeholder updates.
• Build and sustain an active BA/PM learning community through post-trainingengagement, networking and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Track participation, feedback and learning outcomes, and recommend improvementsfor future cohorts.
• Ensure a smooth and positive end-to-end participant experience.

Requirements
