Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Psychology, Behavioural Science, Social Work, Health Sciences, or Education.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, with a second language.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team player who can work independently.
• 1–2 years of experience in research, hospital work or social service sector.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care in a community-based preventive paediatrics program across sites.
• Manage data collection and clinical visits; ensure follow-up.
• Maintain database in RedCAP/Excel and assist with ethics submissions.
• Support meetings and program management; participate in discussions and protocol management.
• Provide patient education; liaise between patients, families and hospital.
• Visit patients at homes or partner organizations as needed.
