Job summary

CampusImpact is seeking a dedicated Volunteer Coordinator for SG Cares VC @ Yishun to manage volunteers, promote engagement, and build partnerships with community partners in Yishun Town. The role requires weekend availability on an ad hoc basis and strong administrative skills.

The position is a full-time contract (1 year) in Singapore. You will support capacity building for partners, assist with events, and maintain digital platforms and databases for outreach programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in volunteer management, preferably within the community and social service sector.
• Meticulous administration skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Bilingual in Communication
• Excellent people skills and high emotional quotient (EQ)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth coordination and successful execution of volunteer programmes and events
• Ability to plan, execute, and oversee events and engagement activities
• Creative problem‑solving abilities
• Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
• Comfortable with public speaking

Responsibilities

• Ad hoc duties: Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the parent organisation.
• Weekend availability: Able to work on weekends on an ad hoc basis.
