Job summary

The Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth invites applications for a role focused on community development and stakeholder engagement. You will analyse socio-economic indicators, design practical interventions for at-risk groups, and trial digital tools to strengthen engagement with partners.

You will coordinate pilots with government agencies and partners, track KPIs, and synthesize learnings to scale successful initiatives across locations while reviewing data processes and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Experience in community development, programme management and stakeholder engagement is preferred.
• Experience managing inter-agency projects or working with diverse community partners is an advantage.
• Awareness of implementation challenges and balancing ideals with on-the-ground realities is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work with government agencies and community partners to coordinate pilots in identified locations.
• Identify and track KPIs to measure intervention effectiveness.
• Synthesize insights to support scaling across locations and improve stakeholder engagement processes.
