Job summary

The Wolfpack Investment Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Community Manager to grow, engage and activate our audiences beyond social media.

You will build meaningful relationships with communities, develop engagement programmes and create experiences that strengthen brand affinity and loyalty. Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in community management, partnerships, marketing, customer engagement or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Genuinely enjoys building relationships and connecting people.
• Able to operate independently and take ownership of initiatives.
• Strong understanding of digital communities and audience behaviour.
• Organised, resourceful and comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience with membership programmes, ambassador communities, loyalty initiatives or events is advantageous.
• Passion for content, lifestyle, food, sports or community-driven brands.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute community engagement strategies across The Wolfpack ecosystem.
• Grow and manage online and offline communities across brands, events and platforms.
• Build and nurture relationships with community members, ambassadors, advocates and key stakeholders.
• Create and manage community programmes, loyalty initiatives and engagement campaigns.
• Develop initiatives that encourage participation, retention and advocacy.
• Gather feedback and insights from community members to inform business and content decisions.
• Work with content, social media, partnerships and event teams to create meaningful community touchpoints.
• Support community activations, meet-ups, workshops and event experiences.
• Monitor community health, engagement and growth metrics.
• Identify opportunities to deepen audience engagement and strengthen brand affinity.
