You will plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content, develop calendars, monitor metrics, and optimize strategies to drive engagement and brand visibility across platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in social media operations, content marketing, community management, or related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategies, community engagement, and audience growth.
• Experience using social media management, scheduling, and analytics tools.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills to craft compelling content.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Familiarity with short-form content creation and current social media trends.
• Ability to take ownership and execute tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new platforms, tools, and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and operate social media accounts across platforms including X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Telegram, Discord, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to maintain active brand presence.
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content aligned with brand strategy.
• Develop content calendars to ensure consistent and timely delivery of social media posts.
• Monitor social media performance metrics, audience engagement, and follower growth to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Analyze performance data to optimize content strategies and improve audience reach and engagement.
• Develop and execute community engagement initiatives to increase user activity, engagement, and retention across platforms.
• Respond promptly to community feedback and maintain active engagement to foster positive relationships.
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, marketing teams, and stakeholders to deliver integrated and effective campaigns.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media trends to identify new content opportunities.
• Support online events, product launches, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), creators, media partners, and relevant online communities to expand network.
• Assist with campaign reporting by providing insights based on social media performance data
• Stay updated on changes to social media platforms, algorithms, content formats, and audience behaviors to adapt strategies accordingly
