Job summary

AGAPE COMMUNICATIONS PTE LTD is seeking a proactive Social Media Manager to run day-to-day organic content for a portfolio of client accounts. You will plan, create, publish, and monitor content across platforms, and speak directly with clients to report on performance and next steps.

You'll coordinate with designers and writers, manage communities, and use AI tools to speed production while keeping a human touch, with deadlines across multiple brands.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Marketing/Communications/Digital Media, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years managing brand social media accounts in an agency or in-house team.
• A portfolio of managed accounts or campaigns with demonstrable results.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, TikTok and at least one scheduling tool.
• Basic design and video editing with Canva and CapCut.
• Able to read platform analytics and report findings clearly.
• Good grasp of short-form video and trend suitability for brands.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn for several clients.
• Schedule and publish content on brand-approved timelines and guidelines.
• Create simple content (Canva graphics, CapCut edits) and brief other creators on complex pieces.
• Write/adapt captions with the Content Writer to fit each platform.
• Manage communities: reply to comments and DMs, flag leads to clients.
• Track performance and prepare monthly client reports with clear next steps.
• Collaborate with paid media to align organic with Meta campaigns.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations from sourcing to reporting.
• Liaise with clients on briefs, approvals and feedback to keep timelines.
• Follow platform changes and trends; propose actionable ideas.
• Support new business pitches with social audits and sample content.
• Keep assets and project files organized for easy reuse.
• Use AI tools to speed up production while preserving authenticity.
