Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Community Engagement and Programme Coordinator to foster a vibrant GDT community across two Singapore locations. You will coordinate events, manage knowledge resources, and partner with AI-enabled tools to enhance content quality and accessibility.

The role requires 2+ years in community engagement, strong stakeholder skills, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Communications, Business Administration, Event Management, Knowledge Management, or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in community engagement, stakeholder management, programme coordination, or related fields.
• Strong passion for community building and creating meaningful connections among diverse groups of people.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organisational levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint.
• Familiarity with AI-powered productivity, collaboration, or knowledge management tools will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of the Singapore Government or public sector environment is preferred.
• Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Community Engagement & Relationship Building

• Foster a vibrant and inclusive GDT community by cultivating strong connections and as hared sense of purpose across the division.
• Act as the central point of contact for community members, facilitating collaboration, networking, and knowledge sharing.
• Gather and analyse community feedback through surveys, engagement activities, and regular interactions to understand sentiment and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design and implement initiatives that promote cross-functional collaboration, peer support, and a positive workplace culture.

Events & Programme Management

• Lead the planning and execution of community-building activities, ranging from informal networking sessions to large-scale forums and engagement programmes.
• Coordinate leadership and executive-level events to strengthen organisational alignment and foster meaningful interactions.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery and a positive participant experience.
• Evaluate event outcomes and feedback, using insights to enhance future programmes and initiatives.

Knowledge Management & AI-Enabled Content Curation

• Manage and maintain the GDT knowledge repository, ensuring content is accurate, relevant, easy to navigate, and accessible to users.
• Partner with AI-enabled tools to review, refine, and validate AI-generated content ,including summaries, meeting notes, and knowledge articles before publication.
• Identify knowledge gaps and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and enhance valuable content resources.
• Drive continuous improvements to information architecture, searchability, and user experience within the knowledge platform.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Communications, Business Administration, Event Management, Knowledge Management, or a related discipline.

Location : Work across 2 locations - Alexandra (Pasir Panjang) and Punggol

Salary Range :$4,500.00 – $5,500.00
