Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd, Singapore, is seeking a Product Manager (Community) to lead a 1-year fixed-term program focused on training operations and community engagement within government-adjacent projects.

You will design rollout strategies, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and manage 600 participants across diverse activities, ensuring a positive learning experience and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in community management, training operations, programme coordination or a related role.
• Strong planning, stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.
• Experience managing large-scale training programmes or professional communities is preferred.
• Able to coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end rollout of a Business Analyst and Product Manager training programme for approximately 600 personnel and other community activities.
• Develop the training strategy and rollout plan, including participant segmentation, agency prioritisation, cohort sizing and scheduling.
• Coordinate trainers, curriculum, course materials and session readiness.
• Manage venues, equipment, system access, catering and other logistical requirements.
• Oversee registration, cohort allocation, attendance tracking and participant follow-ups.
• Manage participant communications, reminders, feedback and stakeholder updates.
• Build and sustain an active BA/PM learning community through post-training engagement, networking and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Track participation, feedback and learning outcomes, and recommend improvements for future cohorts.
• Ensure a smooth and positive end-to-end participant experience.

Co-Development Business Unit: Product Manager (Community)

You will work in Singapore Government Agencies. This is a fixed term contract role. The engagement is 1 year. Internal Code: A26380

What will you do?
