Job summary

EU Holidays Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a passionate Sales Executive with commission, to be the first point of contact for clients and promote travel packages with an upsell mindset. You will listen to clients’ needs, present customized itineraries, and close sales while delivering memorable travel experiences.

You will handle inquiries, manage bookings, coordinate with tour leaders and suppliers, resolve issues, and build lasting relationships with customers, ensuring smooth operations

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: GCE O’Level or Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability or interest in sales and achieving targets.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office; comfortable with booking systems.
• Must be able to work on shift, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, live chat, social media or in person.
• Provide information on travel packages, itineraries, transport, visas, insurance and special requests.
• Recommend and sell suitable travel products and customize packages.
• Promote promotions, loyalty programs and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare reports on inquiries, sales and service issues.
