Job summary

FOOD TROT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced cook to support daily kitchen operations in Singapore. You will follow the head chef's directions, maintain hygiene and safety, and prepare and restock ingredients to ensure meals meet standard recipes.

Applicants should have at least three years of relevant experience and basic kitchen operations knowledge. This role includes daily preparation, cooking to standard, and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• At least three years relevant experience in a similar capacity.
• Basic kitchen operations knowledge.
• Follow the instructions of head chef.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety before, during and after operations.
• Daily food preparation and restocking.
• Cooking food up to standard, following the recipes given.

Responsibilities

• Follow the head chef's instructions to prepare dishes.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards throughout shifts.
• Restock ingredients and prepare daily components.
• Cook and present meals according to recipes and quality standards.
