GRAIN88 PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Baking Assistant to join our professional kitchen team. You will support daily production of breads, pastries, and assorted baked goods, weighing ingredients and maintaining cleanliness of equipment and workspaces.

The role requires basic dough handling skills, strong teamwork, and the stamina to stand for extended periods during early shifts from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Salary is competitive and negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications

• About 1 year of baking-related experience; passionate about the baking industry.
• Basic knowledge of handling doughs and batters.
• Meticulous and responsible with a strong team-oriented attitude.
• Able to work early mornings and stand for extended periods.
• Graduates of a baking school are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the head chef in daily baking production, including breads, pastries, and other baked goods.
• Prepare and weigh ingredients according to recipe specifications.
• Clean and maintain baking equipment, tools, and work areas.
• Help monitor ingredient inventory and restock or report needs on time.
• Follow standard procedures for processing, shaping, and baking semi-finished and finished products.
