Job summary

The Coca-Cola Beverages Singapore, Malaysia & Brunei is seeking a Commercial Training Executive to support capability-building for the Singapore Commercial team, delivering classroom and digital learning, field reinforcement and programme management.

You will translate business needs into practical learning content, create digital modules, manage the online training platform, and coordinate with stakeholders to close capability gaps.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Learning & Development or related discipline.
• Preferably 2–4 years of experience in Commercial, Sales, FMCG, Training or Learning & Development.
• Experience or interest in facilitation, digital learning and content development is preferred.
• Comfortable engaging and learning with teams in the field.
• Stakeholder management and collaboration.
• Strong planning and project coordination.
• Ability to simplify complex information for frontline application.

Responsibilities

• Capability Development & Training: support execution of capability roadmap and learning priorities.
• Coordinate and facilitate training programmes, onboarding, refreshers and capability interventions.
• Develop structured learning pathways based on role and capability needs.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify learning gaps and recommend interventions.
• Create learning content: facilitator guides, job aids, playbooks and digital modules.
• Translate commercial strategies into frontline-friendly learning content.
• Create digital learning: microlearning, videos, scenarios, quizzes and modules.
• Ensure content accuracy with SMEs; manage online training platform.
• Collaborate with Commercial leaders on GT/MT/VENDING transformation activities.
• Field Learning & Reinforcement: conduct field visits to identify capability needs.
• Support On-the-Job Training, coaching and post-training reinforcement.
• Gathe frontline feedback and translate into improvements.
• Partner with Sales Leaders to strengthen application of learning.
• Manage training calendars, nominations, attendance, records and logistics.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for smooth delivery.
• Assist capability budgets, POs and admin requirements.
• Maintain capability documentation and ensure plan delivery.
• Measurement & Continuous Improvement: track participation, completion and feedback.
• Maintain capability dashboards and provide program updates.
• Support capability assessments and development needs.
• Continuously improve learning approaches based on feedback.
