Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch and delivery activities to support timely order fulfilment.
• Support route planning and delivery scheduling to improve delivery efficiency and truck utilisation.
• Work closely with delivery contractors and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Monitor delivery performance, service levels, and operational KPIs.
• Analyze operational data and support recommendations for process improvement.
• Support manpower planning and deployment of delivery resources.
• Follow up on incomplete or unsettled deliveries and support timely resolution.
• Assist with operational reporting, dashboard updates, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, and other teams to support delivery priorities.
• Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and safety requirements.

What You 'll Do

As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day delivery operations by coordinating dispatch activities, optimizing delivery routes, and working closely with internal teams and logistics partners.
