CapitaLand Investment Limited (CLI) is seeking an Asset Management Analyst for the Singapore Retail & Commercial team. You will work on budgeting, financial modeling, dashboards, and performance reporting across retail and commercial assets.

Responsibilities include market analysis, asset strategies, and cross-functional project support to improve productivity and data accuracy. Fresh graduates welcome with strong quantitative skills.

Qualifications

• Good degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field with strong quantitative skills.
• Highly numerate with sharp analytical, research and problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proactive and results-driven.
• Ability to work within a team environment.
• Self-driven and able to work within tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• 2–3 years of work experience preferred but fresh graduates are welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting, Financial & Asset Performance Analysis: Build and maintain financial/asset models to evaluate performance at the property and portfolio level.
• Support dashboards and management reports to track key metrics.
• Assist in preparing and consolidating annual budgets, reforecasts, and financial projections across retail and commercial portfolios.
