Job summary

CapitaLand is seeking to strengthen its Asset Management team (Retail & Commercial) in Singapore. You will report to the Director, Asset Management and contribute to budgeting, financial modelling, market research and performance analysis across both retail and commercial assets.

The role involves developing dashboards, supporting annual budgets and collaborating on cross-functional initiatives. Fresh graduates are welcome, with 2–3 years preferred, and strong numerical and communication skills

Qualifications

• Degree with strong quantitative skills and data analytics to support decision-making.
• Highly numerate with analytical, research and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and results driven.
• Team oriented and able to work within tight deadlines.
• Self-driven and able to work under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• 2–3 years of work experience preferred but fresh graduates welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting, financial and asset performance analysis.
• Develop and maintain financial and asset models for retail and commercial assets.
• Prepare performance dashboards and management reports.
• Consolidate annual budgets, reforecasts and projections.
• Conduct market research on retail and commercial trends.
• Support asset management strategies and space utilization analysis.
• Assist in asset-specific initiatives, leasing, marketing and sustainability projects.
• Support risk assessments and compliance activities.
