HEYMONSTER Pest Control is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow our commercial pest control portfolio in Singapore, working closely with the Managing Director to open new opportunities and build long-term recurring business.

You will develop new business across offices, warehouses, factories, F&B establishments and other commercial facilities, with a focus on securing recurring contracts and sustained revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close new business.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage own sales pipeline and meet targets.

Responsabilités

• Identify and win new commercial and industrial customers.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, prospecting and existing connections.
• Build relationships with facility managers, procurement teams and business owners.
• Arrange meetings and assist with site surveys.
• Prepare quotations and proposals with the MD.
• Follow up on quotations and secure new business.
• Develop recurring contracts and long-term relationships.
• Maintain and grow sales pipeline.
