Job summary

Richemont Iberia SL is seeking an experienced Luxury Retail Operations professional to coordinate boutique operations, CRM-driven client engagement, and cross-channel e-commerce management. You will collaborate with multicultural teams and lead data-driven initiatives across the retail network.

You will bring 4+ years in luxury retail, strong PowerPoint/Excel skills, and a strategic, analytical mindset to improve processes, reporting, and client experiences.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in the luxury commercial or retail industry.
• Experience in multicultural environments with multiple and diverse management stakeholders.
• Expert in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and high proficiency in Reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Proactively collaborates with boutique teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensures all boutique team members are compliant with policies, SOPs and guidelines.
• Consolidates and prepares commission payouts monthly.
• Manages uniform for all boutiques (order approval, buffer stock, budget tracker).
• Supports onboarding of new hires including uniforms and system access.
• Coordinates operational needs of boutiques (air-conditioning servicing, pest control, floral arrangements).
• Supports planning and execution of boutique activations.
• Manage CRM tools and leverage capabilities for client interaction and data management.
• Monitor and analyse CRM KPIs and cross-channel trends to optimize retention, reactivation, engagement and conversion.
• Oversee integrated CRM campaigns and client communication across touchpoints for cohesive brand experience.
• Define omnichannel CRM guidelines to support customer engagement and acquisition strategies.
• Partner with boutique teams to strengthen clienteling and CRM adoption within stores.
• Manage all e-commerce orders and liaise with CRC to maximise cross-channel conversion.

Key Responsibilities

Boutique Operations

• Proactively collaborates with boutique teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensures that all boutique team members are aware of, and are compliant with all policies, SOPs and guidelines.
• Consolidates and prepares commission payouts on a monthly basis.
• Uniform management for all boutiques (order approval, buffer stock management, budget tracker)
• Support onboarding of new hires including uniform coordination and ensure timely access to all Maison systems.
• Co-ordinates the operational needs of the boutiques (air-conditioner servicing, pest control, floral arrangements etc.)
• Actively provides support in the planning and execution of boutique activations.

CRM support

• Manage CRM tools and leverage their full capabilities for client interaction and data management.
• Monitor and analyse CRM KPIs and cross-channel business trends to provide insights to optimize client retention, reactivation, engagement and conversion.
• Oversee integrated CRM campaigns and client communication across all touch points, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand experience.
• Define omnichannel CRM guidelines and best practices to support customer engagement and suggest new client acquisition strategies to optimize and expand the customer base and optimize sales growth across the retail network.
• Partner with boutique teams to strengthen clienteling practices and CRM adoption within stores.

E-commerce Management

• Management of all e-commerce orders
• Liaise closely with the CRC team to maximise e-commerce sales and facilitate cross-channel conversion.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• You have 4+ years of experience in the luxury commercial or retail industry holding a bachelor’s degree.
• Extensive experience in working in multicultural environments with multiple and diverse management stakeholders.
• You are an expert in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and have high proficiency in Reporting tools.
• You are known for your strategic and leadership ability, strong communication skills, client-oriented, team-player, structure and organized.
