Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Commercial Leasing Admin Support for the Novena area. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, attend to feedback, and understand space requirements to provide rental assistance.

This six-month contract requires the ability to manage arrears, support tenancy renewals, and assist leasing operations. Immediate start; 42 hours per week; a fast-paced environment where independent work is essential.

Qualifications

• 12 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
