Job summary

C&W SERVICES (S) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Technician to perform routine preventive maintenance and respond to building system issues. You will help keep electrical, plumbing and HVAC equipment functioning reliably and safely.

The role involves inspecting facilities, supervising vendors, reading meters, attending to incidents, and supporting events. Candidates should have a Nitec certificate and at least three years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

Nitec certificate in building works or related qualifications.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
CERT trained considered but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective actions to ensure facilities run smoothly.
Attend to feedback or complaints from tenants, clients or building users.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities and systems are in good working order.
Attend to breakdowns, servicing, repairs and emergency requests.
Supervise vendors/contractors on routine and ad-hoc works during and after office hours.
Assist on logistics and events support.
Read meters (electricity, water, BTU) and monitor consumption.
Assist in incident reporting.
Cover duties for Fire Command Centre.
Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisors.
