Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) in Singapore is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial and contractual aspects of large-scale projects. You will coordinate claims, variations, and cost control while reporting to management on financial performance.

The role requires 5–8 years of QS experience with strong knowledge of local contracts (PSSCOC/SIA) and a proven track record in claims handling and commercial management.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying with 5–8 years of experience on large infrastructure or complex building projects.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore contracts, especially PSSCOC and SIA.
• Experience in claims, variations, cost control and commercial management.

• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, variation claims, and commercial documentation.
