Job summary

Grab is seeking a dynamic and meticulous Intern, Commercial Enablement to join the Enablement team in Singapore. You will help develop enablement strategies for Sales and Account Management across GrabFood, GrabMart, and GrabFinance, and collaborate with commercial teams to create the tools, resources, content, and training needed to improve sales excellence and merchant engagement.

This full-time internship will be on-site in Singapore starting January 2027 for a 6-month period, offering

Qualifications

• Open to undergraduates in any field.
• Comfortable in a startup VUCA environment.
• Able to balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with data analysis and handling qualitative/quantitative data.
• Collaborative team player in cross-functional settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop enablement strategies for Sales and Account Management across GrabFood, GrabMart, and GrabFinance.
• Create tools, resources, content, and training to improve sales excellence.
• Track learning and performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Use AI tools and dashboards to refine workflows and monitor sales performance.
• Coordinate programme delivery by managing schedules and updating databases.
