Job summary

TEKISHUB CONSULTING SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Credit SME - Collateral Management to support a bank's collateral management platform.

You will act as the key SME across credit risk and collateral management, working with Risk, Treasury, Front Office, Legal, Operations and Technology to define and validate requirements. Responsibilities include leading requirements workshops, defining functional/non-functional needs, and ensuring compliance with EMIR, UMR and Basel standards

Qualifications

• Strong experience in banking or financial services with credit risk and collateral management expertise.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into functional system needs.
• Experience translating complex requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary SME for credit risk and collateral management across the project lifecycle.
• Lead workshops and collect requirements from stakeholders across Risk, Front Office, Treasury, Legal, Operations and Tech.
• Define and prioritise functional and non-functional requirements for collateral management.
• Provide SME input on collateral documentation like ISDA CSA, GMRA and GMSLA.
• Translate regulatory requirements (EMIR, UMR, Basel, CRM) into practical system needs.
• Develop and maintain a prioritised backlog based on deadlines and business value.
• Define business rules, user stories and acceptance criteria for collateral capabilities.
• Support integration with risk, operations and regulatory reporting systems.
• Review designs and challenge assumptions to align with collateral risk practices.
