ADOMITA TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. invites a collateral management SME to join our risk technology delivery team.

You will define and prioritise requirements for a bank's collateral platform, drawing on deep knowledge of collateral schedules, haircuts, margining, optimisation, substitution, disputes, and legal ISDA CSAs, GMRAs, and GMSLAs. You will run workshops with front office, credit risk, operations and legal, translate regulatory obligations such as EMIR and Uncleared Margin Rules into a clear

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of collateral processes including eligible collateral schedules, haircuts and margining methodologies (variation and initial margin)
• Experience running or overseeing collateral operations
• Strong written and verbal communication to explain complex concepts to business sponsors and delivery teams
• Ability to lead requirements workshops and elicit stakeholder input

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops across front office, credit risk, operations and legal
• Translate business needs and regulatory obligations into a prioritized backlog for the collateral platform
• Define acceptance criteria for core collateral capabilities (margin call generation, settlement, substitution/optimisation) and real-time exposure views
• Justify prioritization decisions and adjust backlog as deadlines and business priorities evolve
