in Singapore seeks a senior Microsoft 365 Specialist to provide operational and technical support for our cloud collaboration, messaging, and identity services, ensuring availability, security, and policy compliance. You will manage lifecycle of accounts, configure Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive, implement MFA and access controls, troubleshoot complex issues, document runbooks, and collaborate across departments to sustain
Competenze
- Senior hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 services.
- Strong working knowledge of Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive.
- Experience supporting large enterprise Microsoft 365 environments.
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.

- Operate and administer account lifecycle management using in-house systems and on-premise AD to support Microsoft 365 services.
- Configure and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business to meet approved standards.
- Manage mailbox configurations, distribution lists, shared mailboxes, Teams, and SharePoint Online sites in alignment with organisational policies.
- Configure and maintain security settings such as MFA, role assignments, and service-level access controls within Microsoft 365 to ensure compliance and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex collaboration, identity, and messaging issues across Microsoft 365 services to maintain service availability.
- Resolve incidents independently and escalations to Microsoft Support when necessary to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate operational documentation, runbooks, and configuration records to support knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Collaborate with various departments to manage account lifecycle processes effectively.
- Provide cross-cover support for other Category 1A roles during operational needs to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Configure and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive for Business to meet approved standards
- Manage mailbox configurations, distribution lists, shared mailboxes, Teams, and SharePoint Online sites in alignment with organisational policies
- Configure and maintain security settings such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), role assignments, and service-level access controls within Microsoft 365 to ensure compliance and security
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex collaboration, identity, and messaging issues across Microsoft 365 services to maintain service availability
- Resolve incidents independently and escalations to Microsoft Support when necessary to minimize downtime
