HCL Singapore Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Collaboration Services Specialist to provide operational and technical support across Microsoft 365 collaboration, messaging, and identity services.

The successful candidate will help maintain the availability, security, and reliability of Microsoft 365 services within a large enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 services.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 within a large enterprise environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident-resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Administer and support user account lifecycle activities using provisioning systems, on-premises AD, and Microsoft 365.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
• Configure and manage mailboxes, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, Teams, and SharePoint sites.
• Maintain security settings, including multi-factor authentication, role assignments, and access controls.
• Troubleshoot complex collaboration, messaging, identity, and access-related issues.
• Resolve incidents independently and escalate to Microsoft Support when required.
• Maintain operational documentation, configuration records, and runbooks.
• Work with different departments to manage account lifecycle activities.
• Provide operational support across other Microsoft 365 services when required.
