Job summary

TP Utilities Pte Ltd on Jurong Island seeks a shift supervisor to assist the Shift Leader with managing the crew and contractors for daily cleaning tasks. You will troubleshoot equipment, ensure safe and efficient fuel handling for the cogeneration plant, and perform safe isolations for maintenance.

The role requires a Diploma in Engineering, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and good English communication with the ability to work independently across 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Diploma in Engineering.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good command of English and able to work independently.
• Willing to work 12-hour shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Assist Shift Leader to manage the shift team and the contractors on duty on the daily cleaning works.
• Attend and troubleshoot equipment breakdown and to restore equipment to minimise impact to the production.
• Ensure that the fuel handling system is operated to meet the cogeneration plant fuel demand in a safe, reliable and efficient manner.
• Carry out safe isolation of equipment for routine cleaning or maintenance.
• Oversee woodchip delivery to biomass house and sand delivery and operation to CFB Boiler sand tank.
• Monitor the daily fuel consumption and prepare daily inventory report.
