Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma with relevant technical qualification.
• Preferably 3 years relevant experience.
• Good communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe shift operation of the plant per regulatory and company standards.
• Monitor plant systems and review daily reports to identify and rectify abnormalities.
• Plan, deploy and manage the shift team for safe operation and security.
• Coordinate start-up/shut-down of gas and steam turbines per schedule.
• Troubleshoot and recommend solutions to resolve operational issues.
• Report and document operational issues and performance.
