Job summary

Great Ocean Fishery Pte. Ltd. seeks a field technician responsible for safe and timely deliveries, installation and assembly of equipment at customer sites, routine servicing, and proactive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

You will diagnose issues, perform repairs when possible, and provide clear usage guidance while maintaining excellent customer service. You will also handle vehicle inspections and keep equipment and delivery vehicles in top condition, requiring a valid driver’s

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in delivery, installation, and maintenance of equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport equipment safely and efficiently to locations.
• Load and unload products securely; plan routes to optimize schedules.
• Set up and install machines at customer sites following guidelines.
• Perform routine maintenance and service on equipment.
• Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions and replace faulty parts when needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and basic usage guidance to customers.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and keep delivery vehicles clean and well-maintained.

Job description

Safe and Timely Deliveries:

• Transport equipment to various locations in a safe and efficient manner.
• Ensure that products are securely loaded and unloaded.
• Plan routes to optimize delivery schedules.

Installation and Assembly:

• Set up and install machines or equipment at customer locations.
• Ensure proper assembly and placement, following manufacturer guidelines.

Servicing and Maintenance:

• Perform routine servicing and maintenance tasks on equipment.
• Identify and resolve equipment issues to ensure optimal performance.

Repair and Troubleshooting:

• Diagnose and repair if possible on equipment malfunctions and faults.
• Order and replace faulty parts as needed.

Customer Support:

• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Offer guidance and basic usage instructions to customers.

Vehicle Maintenance:

• Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and report any maintenance needs.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and well-maintained.

Qualifications:
