Job summary

Pitti Caffe Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a skilled technician to perform technical servicing, installation, and maintenance of beverage machines while supporting sales activities through demos and workshops to ensure optimal machine performance and customer satisfaction.

You will troubleshoot, service, repair, and install machines on-site, conduct preventive maintenance, and coordinate with colleagues to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 3 driving license to operate company vehicles.
• Physically fit to perform manual tasks related to machine servicing and installation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service, repair, and install a range of beverage machines to maintain operational efficiency
• Perform periodic on-site inspection and calibration of machines to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Assist with in-house machine reconditioning and delivery to maintain product quality
• Conduct preventative maintenance and servicing of coffee machines both on-site and off-site to reduce downtime
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to foster a positive and supportive team environment
