Job summary

JTC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to act as Owner's Representative for new industrial estates such as Jurong Innovation District, Punggol Digital District or Woodlands Northcoast and one-north. You will lead consultants and contractors, ensuring JTC interests are safeguarded and projects meet design and schedule targets.

Qualifications

• Background in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Architecture.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in consultancies or contractor firms.
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent JTC as Owner's Representative for mixed-use estates.
• Manage contracts for infrastructure and buildings within new estates.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and government agencies.
• Resolve technical/design issues and ensure timely, economical delivery.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping on construction sites; oversee schedules.
