Job summary

The Singapore Public Service is seeking engineers to plan and manage coastal engineering projects, including related geotechnical and infrastructure works. You will conduct feasibility and environmental studies and provide cost-effective solutions, with estimates and schedules for projects.

You will coordinate tendering, review designs, and supervise consultancy and construction works to meet budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to manage consultations with government agencies and stakeholders.
• Analytical ability, team player with growth mindset and creative thinking.
• Coastal, land reclamation, infrastructure, geotechnical, traffic or hydraulic engineering background is preferred.
