Job summary

S.F. Express (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Co-load Sales Specialist to develop the air freight business with freight forwarders, consolidators and industry partners in Singapore. You will build partner relationships and secure incremental cargo volume across the network.

Collaborate with Procurement, Pricing and Operations to offer commercially viable co-load solutions, negotiate terms and drive profitable shipments.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in air freight sales or co-load sales.
• Experience with freight forwarders or industry partners is required.
• Strong understanding of air freight products, consolidation, pricing and lanes.
• Proven ability to develop new B2B accounts and profitable shipments.

Responsibilities

About the role

We are looking for a Co-load Sales Specialist to develop air freight business with freight forwarders, consolidators and other industry partners in Singapore. You will build partner relationships, secure incremental cargo volume and work with Procurement, Pricing and Operations to offer commercially viable co-load solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop freight forwarders, co-loaders and consolidation partners; build and maintain long-term business relationships.

• Generate new co-load opportunities and secure cargo volume for the company's air freight network and priority trade lanes.

• Understand partners' shipment profiles, service requirements and target rates, and work with Procurement and Pricing to prepare suitable commercial offers.

• Negotiate commercial terms with partners within approved pricing and authority limits.

• Coordinate with Customer Service, Operations and the Gateway team on bookings, capacity allocation and service delivery.

• Monitor partner feedback, service performance and recurring issues, and coordinate improvements with the relevant teams.

• Track sales pipeline, cargo volume, revenue and gross profit; provide regular updates on account performance and market opportunities.

About you

• At least 3 years of experience in air freight sales, co-load sales or freight forwarding business development.

• Good understanding of air freight products, consolidation arrangements, pricing and key trade lanes.

• Proven ability to develop new B2B accounts and maintain relationships with freight forwarders or industry partners.

• Able to work with Procurement and Operations to turn sales opportunities into workable, profitable shipments.

• Strong communication, negotiation and follow-through skills.
